About your coach

My name is Hailey Grandchamp, CEO of WOAT ⚡️ aka The Women of All Terrain.

We are women led company that's sole mission is to help ambitious women fall back in love with what their body CAN do, in a way that fuels their ambitious lifestyle. Growing up in high level gymnastics left me a with a wrapped sense of nutrition and training that led me to a crashed metabolism, years of yo-yo dieting, and no self confidence.

However, after spending over 40k on degrees, certifications, and coaches, and after decades of trying every diet and exercise regimen under the sun, I was finally able to break away from the 'burn more, restrict more' mindset. This journey led me to not only build a body that fills me with confidence but also to create a lifestyle that affords me flexibility, energy, and enjoyment.
