  • Fueling For Your Metabolism: Learn the secret of eating the right amount for your unique metabolism to kick start fat loss. Many of our athletes are astonished to discover that undereating is often the hidden culprit behind stalled weight loss, trapping their bodies in a stress-induced energy conservation mode.

  • Breaking Away From Strict Macros: To create that strong and confident body you are looking for, we first zero in on adequate amount of protein with no constraints to your carbs and fats. (Don't worry, if you are tired of tracking macros, this phase is temporary to first ensure we can deliver results and then phase you into a more intuitive approach).

  • Conscious Consumption: I sure don't track every calorie, point, or macro, and you shouldn't either. After we get your satiety signals, hunger hormones, blood sugar, and metabolism adjusted to the correct amount for your needs to see results, we then phase you into what we call conscious consumption. Practicing together each week to see if we can still elicit results without obsessing over every morsel of food.

  • MDE Training: Meaning - what is the minimum dose of effectiveness incorporated into our training to elicit the signal to build our body up instead of breaking it down from incessant calorie burning, adrenal taxing, sweat drenched workouts. When we do this our body switches to prioritizing our fuel for lean body mass and dumps body fat at a higher rate. No more extreme workout programs calling for 6 workouts a week...

  • Reverse Diet: The phase missing in 90% of diets and coaching programs. When omitted, it leaves women with suppressed metabolisms, tanked hormones, and rapid weight regain when they can no longer stick with extreme deprivation. In this phase, we teach you how you can actually eat MORE food and maintain your new composition.

Growing up in high level gymnastics left me with a warped sense of nutrition and training that led me to a crashed metabolism, years of yo-yo dieting, and no self confidence.

After investing over $40k in education and years of exploring every diet and exercise plan, I broke free from the 'burn more, restrict more mindset.' This journey transformed me, building not just a body filled with confidence but a lifestyle rich in flexibility, energy, and joy. Now, I'm here to guide others on this empowering path.

  • Support Team: Each athlete has their own individual strength coach, nutritionist, and mentality coach. Unlike other programs who usually only give you one personal trainer to wear all three hats. We firmly believe each athlete deserves to have a coach who focuses on their biggest strengths to bring the triad of health in a way that no other coaching company does.

  • Check-Ins: Each week at check-in we look at your progress and make specific recommendations on what exactly to change or implement in the next week. We address biofeedback progress as well (stress, sleep, hunger, digestion, motivation, etc) to ensure you're making progress on the inside and out. We make changes gradually and in a way that’s easy to digest and implement.

  • Power of Online Coaching: As a team of former gym owners, personal trainers, division one strength coaches, mentality specialists and nutritionists...We firmly believe online coaching is the most powerful way to deliver what we call the triad of health. Conventional approaches isolate coaches from being able to communicate with one another and unable to make synonymous adjustments that best support the athlete. Having all coaches under one cohesive community combined with the power of technology allows us to work with you in the moments that truly create change - when stress is high, and time is limited.

  • Mentality Coaching: We find most people don't need more information, they need transformation. And that only comes from creating identity shifts! In order to break away from our old mental maps, we have to shift our beliefs in our capabilities, habits, and environment to support lifelong change. Coaching tips and information are a tool to create change, but not the vehicle that makes it permanent. That part comes from creating a lasting identity shift. We utilize Dilt's 6 Levels of Identity Change and research based behavioral modification techniques to create science backed change.

  • Communication: We use our own coaching app to deliver you custom fit workouts, weekly nutrition and habit building trainings, as well as weekly accountability report submissions. In our app, you are also able to book a 1:1 call with any one of your coaches at any time and send your strength coach form checks. We also have a direct line of communication chat that gives you the capability to ask quick questions when you are in the moment of chaos and need help making adjustments at a moments notice (to coaches and other women in the program). And lastly, we pair that with twice weekly group calls that allow you to see what is possible from other women like yourself further down the road of success.
